Terms of Service
This website describes Solution Journey Partners LLC and its software. Using the website creates no contract; our software is provided to clients under a separate written agreement.
Service texts. On behalf of our clients, our software sends text messages to their customers who have opted in with that client: when a service visit is scheduled, the arrival window on the day of the visit, and when the work is done. Up to three texts per service visit; customers choose which they receive. No marketing messages. Each message names the client business. Consent is not a condition of receiving service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop; reply HELP for help, or contact the client business named in the message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Clients may use our software only for their own operations and may not use it to send marketing messages or to text anyone who has not consented.
The website is provided as is. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
