This website collects no personal information.
Our software holds our clients' customer information (names, service addresses, phone numbers, service agreements, visit history, payments) on the client's behalf. It belongs to the client. We use it only to provide the software and our services to that client, and we do not sell it or use it for our own marketing. Each client's data is kept in its own separate database.
Our software sends service texts only to a client's customers who have opted in with that client. We keep a record of each consent and each message sent, for at least four years, as the law requires.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use a small number of providers to run the software (a database host, a web host, a text-message carrier, an address-validation service); each receives only what it needs.
To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop texts, contact the business you are a customer of, or reply STOP to any text. Changes to this policy are posted here with a new effective date.
